Test Description

Durum wheat, a premium ingredient, contains a high content of protein and gluten and is used for making bread, pasta, biscuits and other products.

The EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation No.1169/2011 lists 14 food allergens that must always be labelled in pre-packed and non-prepacked foods. Mustard is one of the allergens in this list, coming in many forms and is found in many products.
