Test Description

This quality control material includes analytes which are under regulatory control and those which define the type and quality of the spirit. Different types of spirit are emulated in the rounds covering regional and quality differences.

Spirits contain different levels of alcohol and congeners which contribute to the taste profile of the drink. Due to the high value of spirits, it is important to ensure that all designed qualities are correct, helping to ensure the desired characteristics during production are achieved, using effective testing processes to monitor the product.

Quality control materials can be utilised to track the improvements made within your quality assurance activities. This is in addition to the effective standardisation work that can be done with Fapas quality control materials, where credible, reliable test results can be obtained.
